The ideal candidate will play a critical role in gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and ensuring a seamless integration of the CIAM solution across all relevant channels., * Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. * 5+ years of experience as a business or product analyst, preferably with identity management or digital authentication projects. * Strong understanding of CIAM concepts, security protocols (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect), and digital channel integration. * Understanding of Identity Provider (IdP) platforms, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), policy design, and adaptive/risk-based authentication strategies. * Foundational working knowledge of Splunk and SQL for querying, analyzing, and reporting. * Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Experience working in agile project environments is a plus. ## Description * Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements for the CIAM platform. * Analyze existing authentication and authorization workflows and identify opportunities for improvement using the CIAM solution. * Assist in mapping user journeys and defining use cases for login, registration, password management, and multi-factor authentication across all channels. * Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented and tested. * Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary. * Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training and documentation to business users and support teams., * Purchase any product, service, or gift cards from us or for us as part of an application, interview, or selection process. * Provide sensitive financial information such as credit card numbers or banking information.
