## About the Role

* 5+ years of hands-on Data Analyst/Data Engineer experience, with a track record of personally troubleshooting and resolving data issues
 * Demonstrated ability to trace data end-to-end - where it lives, how it's cleaned, and how it flows through ETL into reporting
 * Experience building dashboards/reports in Power BI (Tableau or similar also welcome)
 * Manufacturing background - familiarity with MES/ERP data and terminology (BOM, production/inventory data flow)
 * Direct experience with Power BI, Databricks, Fivetran, and/or Azure
 * Able to ramp quickly in a still-evolving, not-yet-fully-built environment with minimal onboarding runway

Nice to Haves

 * AI-driven analytics capability - able to go beyond reporting current state to help inform what to build/improve next
 * Familiarity with ERP systems generally
