## About the Role

* Minimum 1 year of hands-on data center cabling experience.
 * Experience with fiber optic and copper cable installation, pulling, routing, dressing, labeling, rack and stack, and terminations.
 * Exposure to data center hardware installation and troubleshooting.
 * Experience with fiber testing and troubleshooting tools, including Fluke and OTDR, is a plus.
 * Data center hyperscale experience strongly preferred.
 * Strong reliability, attendance, work ethic, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
 * Positive attitude, growth mindset, and willingness to learn.

## Description

* Install, pull, route, dress, and label fiber optic and copper cabling.
 * Perform rack and stack activities for network and server hardware.
 * Install and connect pre-terminated fiber cabling into cassettes and distribution systems.
 * Support backbone fiber installations, including high-count fiber infrastructure such as 144-count and 288-count fiber.
 * Complete fiber and copper terminations according to project specifications.
 * Maintain cable organization and documentation throughout installation activities.
 * Assist with testing and troubleshooting using Fluke test equipment and OTDR testing tools.
 * Follow all data center standards, safety procedures, and quality installation practices.
 * Collaborate with team members and project leadership to meet project deadlines.
