## About the Role

Experience driving progress, solving problems, and mentoring more junior team members; deeper expertise and applied knowledge within relevant area., * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

 * 5 years of experience in program or project management.
 * 5 years of experience with data center equipment/environments, including electrical switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, controls, security monitoring systems and fire safety systems, and experience with start up/commissioning processes.
 * 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
 * Experience managing vendor relationships and standard practices in the design and construction industry, including track design build processes and associated documents and agreement.

Preferred qualifications:

 * 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
 * Experience in requirements gathering, resource organization, task prioritization, scheduling and achieving objectives within set goals.
 * Knowledge of facility electrical and mechanical systems.

## Description

* Design and deliver optimized program communication plans including executive and key partner communications.
 * Establish phasing and metrics associated with program life-cycle that effectively address continuous improvement including resource stewardship (effective deployment of machine and people resources), including near and long-term objectives.
 * Identify and collect data required to govern programs and effectively drive stakeholder decision-making.
 * Anticipate change management requirements that are required by program stakeholders.
 * Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders, including managing expectations of senior cross-functional leads and ensuring they have the insights they need to make effective decisions.
