* Must be a U.S. Citizen or US Permanent Resident.\n
 * Experience in building, planning and executing medium term product goals and the ability to juggle making pragmatic tradeoffs between short-time delivery needs vs long-term product goals\n
 * Extensive experience in software testing and quality assurance, with a strong focus on test automation\n
 * Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale test automation frameworks\n
 * Expert-level proficiency in one or more programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#\n
 * Experience with testing tools, and best practices (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber)\n
 * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)\n
 * In-depth knowledge of various testing methodologies: behavior, functional, performance, unit, security, contract, etc.\n
 * Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies\n
 * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail\n
 * Ability to lead and mentor a team of SDETs\n
 * Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.\n
