## Description

Kforce's client in Tarrytown, NY is seeking an experienced Workday Functional Product Manager to support a large-scale ERP transformation initiative. This role will focus on assessing the impact of enterprise system changes on Workday and designing solutions across core functional areas., * Lead Workday impact assessments related to ERP transformation efforts

 * Analyze changes to foundational data, security models, and organizational structures
 * Evaluate impacts across Workday HCM, Reporting, Security, and Dashboards
 * Design and recommend Workday solutions to support evolving business needs
 * Partner with implementation teams and key stakeholders throughout the transformation lifecycle
