Must possess formal training and/or certifications in data and network security, networking architecture, voice and data communications, server virtualization, storage, VoIP, collaboration tools, and/or Microsoft Environment 2. Experience with multi-site enterprise network design, implementation, management, and acquisition integration preferred; experience managing direct reports and supporting remote office and home office-based end users required 3. Experience managing Systems, Network and Security at the enterprise level required; experience evaluating service providers and managing vendor relationships required 4. Team player with a high level of dedication and commitment to excellence 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required 6. Results-oriented, self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of IT projects that are delivered on time and within budget, A Bachelor Degree in IT, engineering, or other relevant field of study along with seven to nine (7-9) years of Information Technology in a variety of roles within an IT Department. Five + years in an IT management role. ## Description The IT Enterprise Infrastructure Senior Manager is responsible for determining current and future enterprise infrastructure needs and strategies. Implements the enterprise architecture and the development and maintenance of the organization's computing/IT Environment. Responsible for managing a team of professionals to meet the company's needs and ensure KPIs and standards are adhered to. The candidate must possess excellent technical knowledge, leadership, team development, project management, operational excellence, and communication skills. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES. Other duties may be assigned. 1. Sets strategy for enterprise infrastructure to meet the future business plans. Communicates this plan with the team for alignment of projects and tasks. 2. Manage the team in charge of day-to-day operations, such as key performance metrics defined for System Security, Network availability, critical system incidents and help desk activity 3. Develop, maintain, and build effective working relationships with vendor and service providers, including periodic Performance review based on agreed SLA's 4. Implement IT infrastructure projects required by business in coordination with the CIO, report status of in-progress projects, and manage internal or external resources involved on projects 5. Implement, enforce, and test IT policies and processes defined for Information security, system availability & usage, & business continuity. Review and ensure IT procedures/Policies adhere with SOX/PCI Compliance guidelines. 6. Individual will also implement business continuity requirements for key operations and systems (Disaster recovery Plan, etc.) 7. Maintain IT corporate standards and provide training and assistance in troubleshooting any network or Security issues 8.
