As aCompensation Analyst, you will be responsible for: Your role: * You will manage and administer the variable pay process for regional and global business areas through consultation with global financial and divisional functions' * You will be the primary point of contact for all variable pay-related inquiries and issue resolution. * You will develop and implement internal controls for audits of employee variable pay participation, modeling, and payment. * You will analyze data, provide reporting, and participate in projects in the area of compensation. * You will collaborate with the Americas and Global Compensation teams to implement and help design/communicate global compensation programs to align with business strategy in North America. * You will partner with HR Operations to ensure accuracy and integrity of compensation data in HRIS and identify process improvement opportunities. * You will actively support HR team members and cross-functional partners and look for opportunities to improve processes, policies, and service levels. * You will support the implementation of a new IT architecture for the business (i.e. Workday), Export Control: "A successful candidate must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law."
