This role blends advanced data visualization with custom application development to drive strategic insights and modernize legacy systems., * U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a federal badge or background investigation (DHS Public Trust or higher). * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline. * At least five years of experience developing with Tableau. * At least five years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI. * Strong SQL skills and experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle. * Expertise in Canvas and model-driven apps, UI/UX design, accessibility (Section 508), and user-centered design. * Strong understanding of system performance, scalability, reliability, and architectural integrity. * Agile/Scrum experience, including testing, backlog management, and deployment processes. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. NICE TO HAVES * Power Platform certifications (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint). * Prior federal consulting or team lead experience. * Experience developing interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Qlik Sense/QlikView.
