* Assist in collection and analysis of data from various sources to create detailed process maps and diagrams, identifying automation opportunities and enhancing cross-functional process interactions
 * Facilitate benchmarking studies by collaborating with stakeholders to compare the client's process performance against industry standards,
 * Collaborate with technical teams to document system customizations and configurations, drafting standard operating procedures and workflows that align with functional requirements
 * Conduct in-depth research on third-party products, synthesizing insights to address inefficiencies and provide detailed analyses of features and costs to guide decision-making
 * Coordinate the implementation of solutions addressing issues during setup and integration, and support in developing and maintaining SOPs, to ensure system stability and performance post-implementation
