Preferred Qualifications * Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification. * Experience working in or supporting government or defense sector clients. * Green Belt or Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma. ## Description Leidos is seeking a passionate and results-driven Product Owner to lead and manage a portfolio of technology-enabled continuous improvement initiatives in support of our internal operations and Department of Defense (DoD) customers. This role will focus on delivering impactful process improvements through the application of Splunk capabilities and insights, automation, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML) technologies. As a key member of our team, you will manage product development workflows in ADO and help operationalize solutions that drive measurable value. Your work will align with Scaled Agile and Scrum methodologies to ensure disciplined, data-driven progress across initiatives.
