## About the Role

This role requires deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate complex workflow needs into scalable, maintainable software solutions that directly support national-level missions., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.

 * 16+ years of experience in software development supporting enterprise environments.
 * Proficiency in one or more of the following: C#/.NET, Javascript, JQuery, HTML, and CSS
 * Experience with SQL and GIT
 * Demonstrated experience developing tools that interface with Microsoft Exchange, Sharepoint, or enterprise messaging systems.
 * Strong understanding of secure coding practices, API integration, and automation frameworks.
 * Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

 * Experience in M-V-C Development methodology
 * Sharepoint familiarization
 * Exchange familiarization
 * Mail Recall
