## Description

* Provide front-line technical assistance for desktop, laptop, and Windows-related issues reported by end users.
 * Investigate and resolve service desk tickets by prioritizing requests, diagnosing problems, and documenting solutions clearly.
 * Support user account administration tasks within Active Directory, including access updates and password-related assistance.
 * Troubleshoot operating system, application, and basic connectivity problems across Microsoft Windows 10 environments.
 * Configure, deploy, and maintain end-user workstations and peripheral devices to meet business needs.
 * Escalate more complex incidents when necessary while maintaining communication with users on status and next steps.
 * Record troubleshooting activities, resolutions, and recurring issues to improve support processes and knowledge sharing. Requirements - Experience providing help desk or desktop support in a business environment.
 * Working knowledge of Active Directory for routine user and access management tasks.
 * Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Windows 10 and general Microsoft Windows platforms.
 * Ability to perform basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and user access issues.
 * Familiarity with managing and updating service desk tickets in an organized manner.
 * Strong communication skills with the ability to assist users clearly and effectively.
 * Ability to prioritize multiple support requests and respond effectively in a fast-paced setting. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.
