## About the Role

* Associate's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent training
 * 2-4 years of relevant desktop support experience
 * Strong verbal and written communication skills
 * Solid customer service and problem-solving abilities
 * Basic knowledge of iPhones, iPads, and computer hardware
 * Experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Office
 * Experience using ServiceNow or similar ITSM ticketing tools
 * Ability to work independently with moderate supervision

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

 * Experience with Apple Business Manager
 * Experience supporting an MDM platform
 * Familiarity with AI tools
 * Experience with internet directory services software

## Description

* Provide L1-L2 support for office-based users and visiting employees
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, phones, and AV issues
 * Support iPhones, iPads, desk phones, and computers
 * Log, track, and update support tickets in the service system
 * Provision and de-provision IT assets for employees
 * Maintain accurate records and support documentation
 * Manage local IT stockroom and asset inventory
 * Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams
 * Support equipment testing, monitoring, and basic modifications
