* Deep expertise with NOMAD 4GL administration, development, and support.
 * Strong Mainframe Administration and Platform Support experience.
 * Hands-on experience supporting z/VM environments.
 * Strong knowledge of DB2/MVS, DB2/VM, IMS, IDMS, Adabas, Teradata, VSAM, and QSAM.
 * Experience supporting and troubleshooting NOMAD-based applications and data access environments.
 * Strong performance tuning, root cause analysis, and production support experience.
 * Experience with NOMAD upgrades, implementations, and platform maintenance.
 * Ability to support both development teams and infrastructure teams.
 * Experience documenting operational procedures, standards, and support processes.
 * Strong communication skills and ability to act as a technical SME.
