The work takes place primarily outdoors in varying weather conditions, requiring comfort with standing, walking, climbing, and moving around active construction activities throughout the day. The environment involves close collaboration with field engineers, superintendents, project managers, commissioning teams, and safety personnel. You will regularly use construction documentation platforms such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office, as well as quality tracking tools and standard inspection equipment. Safety is a core focus, with strict adherence to site safety policies and procedures and a strong emphasis on hazard recognition and reporting. The setting is fast-paced and dynamic, offering hands-on experience in solar, electrical, mechanical, and civil construction quality control., Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. ## Description Are you passionate about quality, construction excellence, and renewable energy? We are seeking a QA/QC Technician to support some of the nation's largest utility-scale solar and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects.
