## About the Role

* 3+ years of experience working with fire alarm systems.
 * Hands-on experience with installation, troubleshooting, testing, and maintenance.
 * Functional and technical knowledge of fire alarm systems and related components.
 * Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical/electronic systems.
 * Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
 * Professional customer-service attitude.
 * Ability to work independently and manage multiple service assignments.
 * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
 * NICET certification or other relevant fire alarm certifications is a plus.

## Description

We are looking for an experienced Fire System Technician to install, inspect, troubleshoot, test, and maintain fire alarm and life safety systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with fire alarm systems and be comfortable working independently at customer locations., * Install, service, test, and troubleshoot fire alarm and life safety systems.

 * Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, repairs, and system upgrades.
 * Diagnose system faults and resolve technical issues efficiently.
 * Work with fire alarm panels, devices, notification appliances, and related equipment.
 * Perform system testing and ensure equipment operates according to applicable standards.
 * Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and system documentation.
 * Maintain accurate service reports, inspection records, and documentation.
 * Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, subcontractors, and project teams.
 * Identify required materials, parts, and equipment for service work.
 * Follow all company safety procedures and applicable fire/life-safety requirements.
 * Respond to service calls and complete assigned work within required timelines.
