## Description

We are looking for an experienced Smartsheet Administrator / Solutions Engineer to manage and support the enterprise Smartsheet environment for the Florida Department of Education.

The candidate will be responsible for Smartsheet administration, workflow automation, dashboards, integrations with Microsoft 365, user access management, and technical support.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience designing scalable Smartsheet solutions and automating business processes., * Administer and maintain the enterprise Smartsheet environment.

 * Manage workspaces, sheets, reports, dashboards, forms, and user access.
 * Develop automated workflows using Smartsheet Automation, Data Shuttle, Bridge, Control Center, Dynamic View, and WorkApps.
 * Integrate Smartsheet with Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Outlook, Power Automate, and Azure AD/Entra ID.
 * Design approval workflows, notifications, alerts, reminders, and reporting solutions.
 * Troubleshoot workflow, application, integration, and data synchronization issues.
 * Manage user provisioning, permissions, security, and governance.
 * Monitor platform usage and optimize Smartsheet solutions.
 * Create technical documentation, administrative procedures, and user guides.
 * Provide user training and technical guidance to business stakeholders.
 * Support project teams and provide knowledge transfer., Smartsheet Data Shuttle, Bridge, Control Center, Dynamic View, WorkApps Required
