## Description

Heartline Staffing is recruiting an Epic Application Analyst specializing in clinical documentation for an opportunity supporting healthcare information systems in the Houston, Texas area. This position focuses on Epic application build, configuration, testing, optimization, implementation, and ongoing support while partnering closely with clinical and operational teams., The Epic Application Analyst supports and optimizes Epic applications to improve clinical workflows and operational efficiency. The analyst evaluates user needs, configures and maintains system functionality, manages support issues, participates in upgrades and implementations, and provides ongoing application support and problem resolution.

The position works closely with clinical and operational teams, including nursing, mother-baby, and rehabilitation, and requires the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment. Participation in a rotating on-call schedule is part of the role., * Analyze User Needs And Translate Requests Into Epic Application Solutions

 * Perform Epic Build, Configuration, Testing And Optimization
 * Support Epic Implementations And System Upgrades
 * Maintain And Optimize Assigned Epic Applications
 * Manage Application Support Issues And Ticket Queues
 * Troubleshoot Clinical Workflow And Documentation Issues
 * Develop And Deploy Queries, Reports And Other Business Solutions In Epic And Related Systems
 * Maintain Technical Knowledge Of Assigned Applications
 * Help Users Optimize Their Use Of Epic Applications
 * Provide Training, Support And Problem Resolution To Users
 * Participate In Project Work And Application Implementations
