You must be comfortable leading live design reviews and articulating strategic choices to US executives. * Timezone & Setup: Ability to operate autonomously during full US Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours. ## Description We are seeking a strategic, highly autonomous Senior / Lead Web & Graphic Designer (10+ years of experience) to take ownership of visual architecture, web experiences, and creative execution across our agency accounts. In this role, you will not simply execute design tickets-you will own the end-to-end user experience. You will build scalable design systems, lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies, craft complex web stacks, and articulate design rationale directly to US founders, executives, and brand stakeholders.
