## About the Role

* Previous technical leadership in systems engineering or project management on missile development or space hardware programs

 * Previous responsibility for cost, schedule, and technical contract scope on a missile or space hardware development program

 * Experience leading technical teams through major system design reviews

 * Active DoD Secret Security Clearance; US citizenship is required

Desired Skills

 * Technical Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field from an accredited college
 * Proven track record of effective customer coordination and collaboration
 * Demonstrated knowledge of the NGI program
 * Experience in the design, integration and testing of Missile and Missile Defense Weapon Systems
 * Demonstrated ability to motivate and energize a geographically distributed team
 * The candidate must have the ability to effectively communicate, both internally with peers and Program leadership as well as externally with customer counterparts

## Description

* Lead the design review team to bring the NGI AUR to Critical Design Review

 * Coordinate efforts across IPTs to ensure on-time delivery of objective evidence and analyses

 * Work with the customer to define the datapackages and expectations for the design reviews

 * Work across the organization and customer/user community to ensure consensus and understanding of system design status and closure
