This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, service-minded, and eager to grow their Salesforce administration skills in a mission-driven environment., * Bachelor's degree in information systems or relevant work experience. * Familiarity with the Salesforce platform and Salesforce administration concepts. Experience with Non-Profit Cloud, a plus. * Experience supporting end users, business processes, reporting, or CRM administration. Experience in nonprofit CRM management, a plus. * Understanding of fundamental Salesforce concepts including objects, records, fields, relationships, users, profiles, permission sets, reports, and dashboards. Salesforce certifications, a plus. Candidates are not expected to have mastered every area of Salesforce. We value candidates who have built a strong foundation through Trailhead, Salesforce certifications, or hands-on work.
