## About the Role

* 3+ years of professional software development experience, preferably in full-stack or backend development.
 * Proficient in Java and SQL.
 * Experience with at least one modern frontend framework or library (Svelte, React, Angular, Vue, etc.).
 * Experience with Git in a collaborative environment and CI/CD pipelines.
 * Familiarity with technologies such as Oracle Database, Postgres, Spring Boot, JBoss, JavaScript, Containers, Linux, Rancher, Ansible, and GitHub Actions preferred.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on clean, maintainable code.
 * Passion for learning, automation, and continual improvement.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

## Description

* Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications for a proprietary, client-facing platform.
 * Develop and optimize backend services using Java and SQL to support secure, efficient data processing.
 * Collaborate with product owners and operational departments to clarify requirements and deliver business-driven solutions.
 * Contribute to frontend components using modern frameworks (e.g., Svelte, React, Angular, Vue, or similar).
 * Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
 * Take initiative in a fast-paced Kanban environment and continuously enhance development practices.
 * Mentor others and share best practices within the engineering team.
 * Respond to application issues as they arise and resolve in a timely, considerate, and forward-thinking manner. Participate in on-call rotation.
