Primary Responsibilities The Staff Software Engineer - Back End serves as an emerging subject matter expert and individual contributor who operates with a high level of trust, autonomy, and ownership. With minimal oversight from leadership, you will provide technical leadership to ensure scope, schedule, quality, and delivery requirements are met and may support adjacent programs within the business unit. You will represent the software engineering discipline in technical and product planning, advocate for effective technical solutions, and clearly communicate technical decisions and tradeoffs. You will serve as a technical lead and trusted partner to engineering teams, product teams, clients, and stakeholders while driving improvements in software engineering processes and practices.
