## About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and support scalable AI and Machine Learning solutions that drive business value. The ideal candidate is a hands-on AI engineer with strong software development skills who can take AI/ML solutions from concept to production while ensuring scalability, governance, and business impact. This role requires strong experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), MLOps, and software engineering to deliver production-ready AI applications., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field

 * 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or Software Engineering
 * Strong programming skills in Python and experience with SQL
 * Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and production ML deployments
 * Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, data processing, and software development best practices
 * Technical Skills:
 + Languages: Python, SQL (Java/JavaScript preferred)
 + AI/ML: Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering
 + Cloud & DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Git, CI/CD, Terraform
 + Data Technologies: Oracle, Spark, Redis Vector DB, MongoDB

Desired skills:

 * Master's degree in a related field
 * Experience with Generative AI, LLMs (GPT, Llama, Claude), Prompt Engineering, and RAG
 * Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
 * Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, CI/CD, and MLOps platforms
 * Experience with vector databases, large-scale data processing, and regulated industries such as financial services

## Description

* Design, build, and deploy ML models for prediction, recommendation, forecasting, and anomaly detection
 * Develop Generative AI solutions using LLMs and implement RAG architectures leveraging vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources
 * Build and maintain MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement
 * Develop APIs and microservices to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications
 * Collaborate with business, data, and engineering teams to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions
 * Ensure compliance with security, governance, responsible AI, and model risk management standards
 * Mentor team members and contribute to AI/ML best practices
