## Description

* Unterstützung des Infrastruktur-Teams im Rahmen des IT-Supports (Smart Hands Support)
 * Installation, Konfiguration, Betreuung und Wartung von IT-Systemen und Endgeräten
 * Technischer Support für Anwender:innen bei Hard- und Softwareproblemen
 * Bearbeitung und Lösung von Supportanfragen und Störungsmeldungen
 * Analyse und Behebung von Fehlern in IT-Systemen und der IT-Infrastruktur
 * Unterstützung bei Serverwartungen sowie Hard- und Software-Updates
 * Mitarbeit bei IT-Projekten und Einführung technischer Lösungen
 * Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen, Projektteams und externen Dienstleistern
 * Integration und Inbetriebnahme von Hard- und Softwarelösungen
 * Erstellung und Pflege von technischen Dokumentationen und Systembeschreibungen
 * Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Benutzeranleitungen und Wissensdatenbanken
