## About the Role

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im System Engineering mit Fokus auf VDI-Umgebungen, insbesondere Citrix-Technologien
 * Fundiertes Know-how in Windows-Server-Infrastrukturen sowie Authentifizierungs- und Sicherheitslösungen (z. B. RADIUS, SAML)
 * Praxis in der Konfiguration und Betreuung von NetScaler-Lösungen, insbesondere Gateway-Funktionen und Load Balancing
 * Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Cloud-basierten VDI-Architekturen (z. B. Microsoft Azure oder Omnissa Horizon) sowie Interesse an modernen IT-Technologien und kontinuierlicher Weiterbildung
 * Selbstständige, strukturierte und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise, sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Führerschein B erforderlich

* Aufbau, Betrieb und laufende Betreuung von Virtual-Desktop-Infrastrukturen auf Basis von Citrix Apps & Desktops
 * Planung, Architektur und Weiterentwicklung moderner VDI-Umgebungen innerhalb komplexer Kundenlandschaften
 * Umsetzung von Systemmigrationen, Upgrades sowie Ablösung bestehender Virtualisierungs- und Infrastrukturplattformen
 * Eigenständige Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung komplexer Fehler im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support
 * Unterstützung bei der Standardisierung und Automatisierung von Prozessen sowie Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen
