* Fachliche und disziplinäre Führung der Teams Systemarchitektur Core und OT-Security
 * Förderung, Entwicklung und Motivation deiner Mitarbeiter/-innen sowie Schaffung eines wertschätzenden und vertrauensvollen Arbeitsumfelds
 * Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Standards und Architektur-Guidelines sowie Sicherstellung einer zukunftsorientierten Systemlandschaft
 * Verantwortung für die OT-Security und die Umsetzung wirksamer Sicherheitsmaßnahmen in unseren Produktionsumgebungen
 * Definition von Zielen, Kennzahlen und strategischen Schwerpunkten für den Verantwortungsbereich
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, IT, Forschung & Entwicklung sowie Risk Management
 * Steuerung bereichsübergreifender Projekte, Ressourcenplanung sowie Verantwortung für Budgetplanung und Budgetsteuerung
