 * Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
 * Strong technical communication and problem-solving skills.
 * Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Experience:
6+ years of experience in software development
Strong hands-on experience in Java backend development
Experience with Spring / Spring Boot, REST APIs, Kafka & Flink
Experience working in complex enterprise environments
Proven experience in technical leadership, code reviews and technical design
Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery teams
Experience with automated testing and CI/CD practices
Experience supporting production applications and resolving technical issues
