## About the Role

Je hebt een masterdiploma in IT - of bent iemand die dat niveau door jarenlange ervaring evenaart. Je hebt minstens 10 jaar ervaring in ERP-systemen, digitalisering en business analyse in een productieomgeving. Maar bovenal zoeken we iemand die:

 * Gebeten is door data, statistiek en AI én energie haalt uit concrete resultaten

 * Power BI beheerst: ETL, DAX en dashboard design

 * Sterk analytisch denkt én vlot schakelt naar configuraties en applicaties

 * Vlot communiceert in het Nederlands en Engels

 * Een 'can-do' mentaliteit heeft: eigenaarschap, oplossend denken, uitvoering

 * Cross-functioneel verbindt: jij spreekt zowel de taal van de business als IT

 * Thuis is in SQL (SQL Server / PostgreSQL), BPMN en UML datamodellering

 * Hands-on is en resultaten zichtbaar maakt

## Description

Als Data & Analytics Specialist ben jij de brug tussen business, IT-systemen en data. Je werkt operationeel en inhoudelijk samen met afdelingshoofden over de hele groep - van Sales en Supply Chain tot Manufacturing en Quality - en vertaalt hun noden naar slimme analyses, ERP-configuraties en Power BI-dashboards die echt gebruikt worden.

Je maakt deel uit van het IT-team (samen met de ERP administrator, software engineer en senior system & cloud engineer) en rapporteert aan de Head of IT. Dit is geen rol in de marge: jij bent de schakel die data laat werken voor de hele organisatie.

* Je analyseert bedrijfsprocessen van alle afdelingen - Sales & Customer Service, Supply Chain Logistics, Procurement, Product Costing & Pricing, Manufacturing en Quality - en vertaalt die naar pragmatische configuraties in de bedrijfssoftware.
 * Je bouwt en beheert Power BI-dashboards die stakeholders van correcte, bruikbare informatie voorzien - en je ontwikkelt ze continu verder.
 * Je licht functionele analyses toe aan de ERP administrator en software engineer, coördineert de ontwikkeling en implementatie, en test nieuwe bedrijfsprocessen grondig voor go live.
 * Je monitort data-kwaliteit en zet opvolgingssystemen en rapporteringsstructuren op die de organisatie structureel sterker maken.
 * Je onderzoekt actief hoe AI de organisatie naar een hoger niveau kan tillen: je identificeert concrete opportuniteiten en vertaalt die naar verbeterprojecten rond efficiëntie, rapportering en besluitvorming.
 * Je begeleidt gebruikers bij de introductie van nieuwe processen en tools - met oog voor adoptie, niet enkel implementatie.
