+ Je bent E-shaped: een expert in een of meerdere integratie platformen en alles wat daarbij komt kijken;
 + Je weet alles over Agile-methodologie;
 + Je hebt ervaring met het ontwerpen en (door-)ontwikkelen van REST, JSON, XSLT, XPATH, XQUERY, HTTP (S), TLS, XML, JMS, SOAP en / of Web Services (WS- *) en andere SOA / integratie technologieën.

Als Integration Expert bekommer jij je om hands-on installatie, ontwikkeling, configuratie en het oplossen van problemen. Jij identificeert bugs en maakt deze verleden tijd. Traditionele rolverdeling, taakverdeling en ontwikkel methodologieën zitten jou niet in de weg; je doet er alles aan om het beoogde resultaat te behalen. Ook als dat niet altijd via het boekje gaat.
