You'll own avular.com end-to-end: a fully custom Next.js website, the Storyblok CMS our marketing team edits in, and the conversion tracking and lead flows that turn visitors into qualified leads. But your impact won't stop at the website. When you spot a repetitive task, a clunky workflow or a missed opportunity anywhere in the company, you build the solution. AI is your default tool for all of it, and using it well is part of the job. Our stack is Next.js with Tailwind CSS, Storyblok (headless CMS), HubSpot and Google's marketing tools (Tag Manager, GA4 and Ads), hosted on Azure with code on GitHub. You'll use AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code every day to build faster and keep learning. YOUR MISSION Your mission is to make Avular's digital presence sharp, fast and measurable, and to keep improving how the whole company works. From the code that renders a page to the conversion that lands a lead in HubSpot, you own it, and you grow it. And when you see a process that could run better, you turn that idea into a working tool or automation. You get that clean, reusable components and content non-technical colleagues can edit themselves are part of the craft. And you understand that AI isn't the goal here, it's how you get more done in less time and with better quality. + Build and maintain avular.com, a fully custom Next.js (React) website with Tailwind CSS: new pages, sections, campaign pages and reusable components + Work in Storyblok, our headless CMS: set up the blocks and fields so the marketing team can edit text, images and spacing themselves, without a developer + Develop new pages, components and digital experiences with an eye for design and user experience + Maintain and improve the technical SEO foundation (structured data, sitemap, canonicals, meta), increasingly with the help of AI tooling + Maintain our forms (contact, newsletter, talk-to-expert) and build new ones when a campaign needs them, all flowing into HubSpot via the tracking cookie + Keep our conversion tracking healthy and extend it for new campaigns (dataLayer events, Google Tag Manager, GA4, Google Ads, enhanced conversions), and fix it when something breaks + Keep measurement compliant: everything measured only after cookie consent (GDPR/AVG), and kept that way as the rules and tools change + Work on integrations between the website, CRM and other systems Smarter workflows across Avular + Spot opportunities across the company where automation or a better digital workflow saves time, improves quality or creates a new capability + Turn those ideas into practical solutions: internal tools, automations and integrations that colleagues actually use + Connect existing systems and tools so information flows without manual work + Help colleagues discover useful tools and better ways of working How you work + Use Claude Code as a daily companion to develop faster, pick up new parts of the stack and keep the codebase healthy + Reach for LLMs, AI agents and APIs wherever they deliver real value, and keep a sharp eye on which new capabilities are worth adopting + Work closely with Colin and our partner Circel on the trickier integrations (HubSpot, automations, Odoo) WHO YOU ARE We're less interested in how many years you've been working and more interested in how you think. You are: + A builder: you have a foundation in front-end web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and comfort with, or a real eagerness to learn, React (Next.js and Tailwind build on top of that) ## Related Videos - [Recruitment Reinvented: Bold strategies and the $10K signing incentive](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1068-recruitment-reinvented-bold-strategies-and-the-10k-signing-incentive) - [WeAreDevelopers LIVE – AI, Freelancing, Keeping Up with Tech and More](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1786-wearedevelopers-live-ai-freelancing-keeping-up-with-tech-and-more) - [Innovating Developer Tools with AI: Insights from GitHub Next](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1268-innovating-developer-tools-with-ai-insights-from-github-next) - [The Resilience of the World Wide Web](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1281-the-resilience-of-the-world-wide-web) - [WeAreDevelopers LIVE - How DevRel Makes Tech More Human](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/2149-wearedevelopers-live-how-devrel-makes-tech-more-human) - [Bringing AI Model Testing and Prompt Management to Your Codebase with GitHub Models](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1536-bringing-ai-model-testing-and-prompt-management-to-your-codebase-with-github-models) ## Related Articles - [Dev Digest 120 - Apple and peers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/455-dev-digest-120-apple-and-peers) - [Dev Digest 121 - AI goes offline](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/456-dev-digest-121-ai-goes-offline) - [The Most Popular IT Jobs on the Market](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/376-the-most-popular-it-jobs-on-the-market) - [Dev Digest 133 - Back to Front](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/474-dev-digest-133-back-to-front) - [Find a Developer Job: 12 Best Job Sites For Developers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/165-find-a-developer-job-12-best-job-sites-for-developers) - [WeAreDevelopers Dev Digest Issue 116 - The new search wars…](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/445-wearedevelopers-dev-digest-issue-116-the-new-search-wars)
