Nice-to-haves: + Experience with MAVLink, MAVROS/MAVROS2, or similar drone ecosystems. + Experience developing applications for Android-based devices. + Experience with Android NDK and cross-compiling C++ applications for Android. + Knowledge of drone operation, telemetry, mission control, or remote-control systems. + Experience with networking and communication protocols used for command, control, telemetry, and video. ## Description At Avular , we are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic senior software engineer to strengthen our current team. Here you will work on developing and productizing software components for our modular robotics platforms. In this role, you will make sure that our control and algorithmic engineers can use our products with ROS to create more advanced features. So, you will become the bridge between our hardware and higher-level software engineers or control engineers. YOUR MISSION Avular designs and builds modular robotics platforms from the ground up. You will build and productise the onboard software for our driving robots, as well as co-develop the architecture it sits in.
