Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of software development experience in .
NET/C# and .
NET Core.
Working with distributed systems, microservices, and scalable architectures.
Proven experience working with QSL/ Oracle / API Rest/ TSQL/ LINQ.
Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
Experience with AI-assisted development tools is a plus (Cursor, Claude, Antigravity).
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Consistently proactive teamwork attitude.
Good level of both English and Spanish.
Ability to manage high-demand conflicts and support situations.
Prior experience in iGaming, FinTech, Payments, or other high-volume transactional environments is a strong advantage.

## Description
