## Description

* Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung hybrider IT-Infrastrukturen (On-Premises & Cloud) mit Fokus auf Sicherheit, Stabilität und Wirtschaftlichkeit
 * Konzeption, Implementierung und Optimierung von Infrastruktur-, Plattform-, Backup- und Archivierungslösungen
 * Administration von Server-, Storage- und Virtualisierungsumgebungen sowie Unterstützung bei Azure-, Entra ID- und Cloud-Services
 * Durchführung des Patch-, Lifecycle- und Betriebsmanagements für Server-, Datenbank- und Virtualisierungsplattformen
 * Verbesserung von Verfügbarkeit, Sicherheit, Performance und Skalierbarkeit der IT-Landschaft
 * Second-Level-Support für Infrastruktur-, Plattform- und Cloud-Services inklusive Incident-, Request- und Eskalationsmanagement
 * Analyse, Priorisierung und Bearbeitung technischer Störungen, Service Requests und Infrastruktur-Anforderungen
 * Koordination und Steuerung externer Dienstleister im Betriebs-, Projekt- und Supportumfeld
