* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung bzw. Studium, z. B. in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Controlling oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mindestens 3 Jahren Berufserfahrung
 * Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in komplexen Formeln, Pivot-Tabellen und Datenvisualisierung
 * Umfangreiche praktische Erfahrung mit Power Query zur Datenextraktion und -transformation
 * Gute Kenntnisse in SAP Analysis for Office für BW-basierte Dashboards
 * Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung mit SAP ERP, insbesondere zur Fehleranalyse und -behebung
 * Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
 * Zielgerichtetes und zuverlässiges Arbeiten auch unter Zeitdruck
 * Analytisches Verständnis und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf C1-Niveau sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

* Erstellung von Ad-hoc-Analysen und Auswertungen
 * Integration und Automatisierung von Daten mittels Power Query
 * Betreuung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Berichte und Dashboards
 * Integration neuer Berichte, Dashboards und Kennzahlen
 * Bewertung und Analyse von Prozess-Kennzahlen
 * Dokumentation sowie regelmäßige Aktualisierung der Dashboard-Entwicklung und zugehörigen Prozesse
