Büro:

 - Kundenberatung und technische Fernwartung der Kommunikationsanlagen
 - Beratung zu Telekommunikations-, Internet- und Glasfaserverträgen
 - Erstellung von Angeboten und Rechnungen
 - Dokumentation und Verwaltung
 - Fuhrpark- und Materialverwaltung

Im technischen Außeneinsatz:

 - Installation, Konfiguration und Entstörung von Telefonanlagen (u. a. AGFEO)
 - Einrichtung und Inbetriebnahme von Routern, Druckern und Netzwerken
 - Installation und Konfiguration von Überwachungskameras
 - Einrichtung und Inbetriebnahme von Glasfaseranschlüssen
 - Technische Beratung und Einweisung unserer Kunden vor Ort
