 * Strong Python and SQL skills
 * Hands-on production ML experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow or scikit-learn
 * Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure
 * Experience with secure web applications and PostgreSQL
 * Comfortable working with AI agents, Claude Code and AI evals
 * Strong client-facing and communication skills
 * Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
 * C1+ German for client communication

## Description

* Orchestrate AI agents to build and deliver solutions at speed
 * Take AI projects from PoC through to production-ready MVP
 * Build data pipelines and ML workflows
 * Train, deploy and monitor ML models
 * Develop and deploy cloud-based web services, ideally on Azure
 * Integrate solutions with client systems
 * Translate business challenges into practical technical solutions
 * Work closely with clients and internal engineering squads
