## Description

* Lead the new IT-HR transformation project in the area of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors (using both classic and agile methodologies).
 * Responsibility for end-to-end process management, configuration and implementation of the Employee Central module.
 * Act as trusted advisor to HR and business stakeholders.
 * Define project goals, manage project scope and budgets to ensure successful roll-outs
 * Ensure smooth integration between SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and ServiceNow
 * Support the upcoming global SAP HR rollouts
 * Conduct international workshops and collaborate with key stakeholders
 * Facilitate communication across cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
