Their technical service team works closely with healthcare professionals and internal partners to maintain reliable system performance and a strong customer experience., Our client is seeking a Field Service professional to provide specialized technical support for medical systems used in patient care. This full-time, remote field-based role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, installations, upgrades, and equipment performance monitoring. Who You Are You are a customer-focused technical professional with strong troubleshooting skills and a hands-on approach to service. You communicate clearly, manage competing priorities, work well across teams, and stay effective in urgent situations. You are comfortable working independently in an international environment and coordinating a demanding field service schedule.
