## About the Role

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung oder Qualitätssicherung komplexer SAP-, ERP- oder IT-Transformationsprogramme, idealerweise im S/4HANA-Kontext, sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in Programmsteuerung, PMO/PgMO, Governance Design, Risk Management, Executive Reporting, Test-/Cutover-Readiness und Programme Recovery.
 * Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, IT, Systemintegratoren, Dienstleistern und Management-Stakeholdern in internationalen Programmumfeldern.
 * Souveränes Auftreten auf Managementebene, hohe Strukturierungsfähigkeit sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte klar, präzise und entscheidungsorientiert aufzubereiten.
 * Erfahrung in Beratung, interner Programmleitung, IT-Transformation, Audit/Risk Advisory oder einer vergleichbaren Rolle sowie Freude daran, eine wachsende SAP Advisory Capability fachlich und vertrieblich mit aufzubauen.
 * Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie projektbezogene Reisebereitschaft.

## Description

* Du leitest anspruchsvolle Beratungsmandate im Umfeld von SAP S/4HANA Programme Assurance, Transformation Governance, PMO/PgMO, Programme Health Checks sowie Test-, Cutover- und Go-live-Readiness.
 * Du etablierst Governance-Strukturen, Rollenmodelle, Steering-Mechaniken, RAID-Logiken, Entscheidungsprozesse und managementtaugliche Reporting-Formate für komplexe SAP-Programme und bist für die Bewertung von Programmstatus, Risiken, Abhängigkeiten, kritischen Pfaden, Delivery-Qualität und Go-live-Reife zuständig
 * Zudem bereitest du Entscheidungs- und Eskalationsunterlagen für Programmleitungen, CFOs, CIOs, Steering Committees, Audit Committees und Internal-Audit-Funktionen vor.
 * Du unterstützt Mandant*innen in Recovery-, Replanning- und Risk-Resolution-Situationen bei Termin-, Qualitäts- oder Budgetdruck in SAP-Programmen.
 * Außerdem wirkst du aktiv am Aufbau der SAP Programme Assurance Methodik, Templates, Angebotsbausteine und Thought Leadership mit, während du hierzu eng mit Kolleg*innen aus Consulting, Audit, Risk, Tax, Financial Advisory und dem internationalen Forvis-Mazars-Netzwerk zusammenarbeitest.
