 * Python-Professionalität: Du beherrscht Python im Schlaf und schreibst sauberen, performanten und produktionsreifen Code
 * Erfahrung mit Agenten & RAG: Du hast bereits aktiv mit Frameworks wie LangChain, LangGraph oder CrewAI gearbeitet und komplexe RAG-Pipelines aufgesetzt
 * MVP-Mindset: Du liebst das schnelle Prototyping. Pragmatismus und Code-Qualität sind für dich kein Widerspruch, sondern zwei Seiten derselben Medaille
 * Kenntnisse in AWS (Bedrock, Lambda, S3, Step Functions, IAM)
 * Erfahrung mit Vector Databases (z.B. Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector oder Qdrant)
 * Sprachkenntnisse: Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch, da wir uns in einem dynamischen, modernen Tech-Umfeld bewegen

 * Erfahrung mit Google Cloud (Vertex AI, Gemini API)
 * Erfahrung im Aufbau von No-Code/Low-Code-Plattformen oder benutzerzentrierten AI-Schnittstellen (z.B. mit TypeScript, React oder Streamlit)
 * Erfahrung im Deployment und Monitoring von LLMs in Cloud-Umgebungen (Docker, AWS/GCP)
 * Ein gepflegtes GitHub-Profil oder aktive Beiträge zur Open-Source-Community
