Acass Agence de recrutement, recherche pour son client un Technicien Informatique Support Hotline H/F dans le cadre d'une mission d'intérim de 6 mois renouvelable.

Le poste est basé à Marseille 13009.

Dans le cadre de votre poste, vous êtes amené à :

 - Prendre en charge les demandes d'assistance informatique des utilisateurs

 - Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents de niveau 1

 - Assurer le support par téléphone, mail et ticketing

 - Installer et configurer les équipements informatiques

 - Assurer le suivi des incidents
