## About the Role

Diplômé d'une formation technique, BAC PRO, DUT ou BTS dans les domaines de la maintenance informatique, l'électronique ou le réseau.
Vous justifiez également d'une première expérience réussie dans un poste similaire.
Vous avez une réelle appétence pour la réparation hardware et le diagnostic technique, et vous aimez travailler manuellement sur du matériel varié (ordinateurs, périphériques, terminaux de paiement...).

## Description

Prendre connaissance du planning de ses interventions défini par sa hiérarchie (installation, dépannage, réparation…)

 - Analyser et préparer les interventions confiées
 - Intervenir quotidiennement sur les sites clients du périmètre de son secteur, occasionnellement sur l'ensemble du territoire couvert par l'entreprise
 - Diagnostiquer les pannes et réparer tout type de matériel informatique (postes de travail, imprimantes, serveurs, périphériques) ainsi que les terminaux de paiement
 - Effectuer les remplacements de composants et pièces défectueuses (cartes, alimentations, écrans, batteries…) dans le respect des procédures constructeur
 - Réaliser les interventions, à partir des instructions de travail
 - Assurer la commande et/ou le renvoi du matériel dans les délais définis
 - Remonter les incidents d'exploitation à la hiérarchie
