## Description

Au sein d'une équipe de 3 techniciens, encadré par un référent client So'One, immergé chez le client
Les principales tâches, missions quotidiennes sont :

 * Support et Assistance aux utilisateurs bureautique du groupe
 * Gestion des utilisateurs VIP

 * Diagnostic à distance des dysfonctionnements informatique du matériel et ou des logiciels

 * Identification des bons interlocuteurs nécessaires à la résolution du problème

 * Création et mise à jour des procédures

 * Gestion autonome du backlog d'incidents
 * Gestion et suivi du stock matériel
