The position may involve some travel to other national offices. The IT Operations team maintains our IT infrastructure; supports the business to get the most out of our 3rd party and internally developed software; as well as delivering IT solutions for external client use. We produce a wide variety of business systems that are used across all our practice areas. The role will support and develop the company's IT systems. Most of our systems are run on Microsoft Windows Servers (various versions) with a mixture of Windows 11 laptops running Microsoft Office 365 and various other business applications. A snapshot of your day * Working in a team spread throughout multiple offices in the UK, providing 3rd line user support to users and troubleshooting Network problems. * Working with Software teams to deploy company software and maintain appropriate infrastructure for this.
