## About the Role

Must-Have

 * 2-4 years total experience: ~2 years investment banking (infrastructure, power & utilities, or real estate / TMT M&A) followed by 1-2 years in infrastructure private equity.
 * Currently or recently an Associate at an infrastructure-focused PE fund, or the infrastructure arm of a multi-strategy manager.
 * Exposure to digital infrastructure - data centres, fibre, or towers.
 * Able to build a financial model from source documents, without a template.
 * Fluent English.

## Description

* Build a working financial model of an assigned infrastructure transaction from a synthetic deal document pack.
 * Deliver an editable Excel workbook with live formulas, source references, and stated assumptions.
 * Peer-review two anonymized models from other contractors against a fixed set of criteria. Provide a short written rationale for each and a completed review scorecard.
 * Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving model accuracy and depth.
