Desirable * Experience using audio equipment. * Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop. * Experience working within a team of multi-skilled professionals. * Knowledge of basic video production processes. * Understanding of online learning management systems, such as Totara. * Degree in education, technology, psychology or a related subject. * Full, valid driving licence. ## Description We are seeking an experienced and creative Learning Solutions Developer to join us on a 9-12-month maternity-cover basis, designing and developing engaging eLearning and blended learning solutions for a diverse range of Swim England and Institute of Swimming stakeholders. You will work closely with subject matter experts and colleagues across the Learning Solutions team to turn learning requirements into effective, accessible and engaging digital learning experiences.
