## About the Role

* You've got experience designing, implementing and maintaining end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for application deployment.
 * You are comfortable automating deployment, scaling, and monitoring processes.
 * You are able to collaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline workflows and troubleshoot pipeline issues.
 * You can support development teams to migrate their builds onto this new pipeline.
 * You're a problem-solver, pragmatically exploring options and finding effective solutions.
 * You have strong communication skills and take a collaborative approach to your work.
 * You have an interest in good practices around security, reliability, observability, cost efficiency, performance and governance - collaborating with others to ensure these are in place.
 * For lead roles, you have good technical leadership experience, understanding what makes a team successful and how to support colleagues in their own career development.
 * You can work on the support rota to support tickets related to this pipeline
