You'll be customer-centric in your thinking, motivated by delivering real impact for clients, and able to build trusted relationships through thoughtful planning and a proactive attitude. Useful skills * A minimum of 5 years' working in a CRM strategy role, or demonstrable expertise in this area. * Experience/familiarity with 1. Marketing technology and automation platforms (SCV, CDP), 2. Web analytics/personalisation tools, 3. BI tools. Working hours and office expectations This is a part-time role offered at 3 days a week, with the potential to rise to 4 as business needs evolve.
